Tietze Plumbing Heating and Cooling LP is a family owned and locally operated business serving the San Antonio, Helotes, Boerne, and surrounding areas for over 35 years. Steven and Tracy Tietze started the company in 1986. Steven is the Responsible Master Plumber and Tracy Tietze was a teacher and later a principal from Northside ISD before she retired after 30 years of service. After retiring, she became office manager of Tietze Plumbing LP replacing Patricia Davenport, Tracy Tietze’s mother, in August of 2014. Steve and Tracy grew up in the community and went to John Marshall HS. They have 3 daughters — who all graduated from O’Connor HS in Helotes, then from Texas A&M University in College Station TX — Bethany Tietze Bump (Class of 2011), Hilary Tietze Nunneley (Class of 2013), and Courtney Tietze Nesloney (Class of 2015).
